Call for participation for Planches 2026

Do you want to participate in the Planches festival ? Respond to the call for participation before December 1st, 2025 ! The festival will take place from May 18th to May 22nd, 2026.
How to participate ?
- Complete the “Registration Form” (1 per troop)
- Complete the “Individual form” by adding the requested documents (1 per participant)
- Sign the regulations
- Group these documents into one file and send it by email to culture @ u-bordeaux-montaigne.fr, with the subject “Planches 2026 Application”, before December 1st, 2025 11:59 p.m.
In the event of responses to the call for participation greater than the number of places, a selection will be made on the basis of the artistic project presented.
Some criteria and terms of participation :
- The troupe must be made up of a maximum of eight people, the majority of whom must be students.
- The artistic proposal must belong to the performing arts, last 1 hour 15 minutes maximum and be able to adapt to the venue.
- Bordeaux Montaigne University will cover the troupe's accommodation during the festival and evening meals.
All criteria and terms are specified in the regulations.
