Call for participation for Planches 2026 through an Erasmus BIP

Do you want to participate in the Planches festival ? Respond to the call for participation before December 1st 2025 ! The program is designed for undergraduate, master and doctoral students.
It is composed of two virtual components and one mobility :
- Session 1 : Presentation of the festival (1 virtual session between February 2nd and 13th - date to be confirmed)
- Session 2 : Presentation of the shows (2 virtual sessions between March 2nd and 13th - date to be confirmed)
- Physical mobility : from May 18th to May 23rd 2026
Bordeaux Montaigne University will cover the costs of accommodations and dinners. Your university should cover the remaining costs (with the ERASMUS Grant according to the blended mobility ERASMUS + rules).
Participation in the festival can be made through a Blended Intensive Program: 2024-1-FR01-KA131-HED-000213592-2 "PLANCHES 2026 - the international student arts festival of performing arts".. In this case, students will receive 3 credits for completing the program.
How to participate ?
- Call for nominations by universities : Until December 1st, 2025. The application file must necessarily include : fill the nomination form and add the annex 1 and the regulations signed. Nominate your students here.
- Call for application (by nominated students) : Until January 9, 2026. Once the nominations have been processed by Student Mobility Office (IRO) of Bordeaux Montaigne University, students receive an email with the login details that are required for the online application.
In the event of responses to the call for participation greater than the number of places, a selection will be made on the basis of the artistic project presented.
