Diffusion of research - Bordeaux Montaigne University v1.2

Diffusion of research

Publishing at Bordeaux Montaigne University is a centennial tradition that began with the production of university reviews of a remarkable longevity.

Over the years, the catalogue of university journals has expanded, enriched by the creation of academic journals covering new fields of investigation. The University of Bordeaux Press also contributes to the influence of Bordeaux research, while the Transverses, an annual scientific event inaugurated in 2010, favors interdisciplinary meetings and the diffusion of works undertaken by the University’s researchers.

Bordeaux Montaigne University financially supports a dozen academic journals, among which some titles are more than one hundred years old: the Annales du Midi (1889), the Bulletin hispanique (1899), the Revue des Études Anciennes (1899), the Cahiers d’Outre-Mer (1948), Aquitania (1983), Communication et organisation (1991), Dynamiques environnementales (1992), Lumières (2003), Serbica (2013), Essais (journal of the Doctoral School Montaigne-Humanities, 2013).
